ORDINANCE NO. 2005-OS <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 44 - <br /> - FIRE PREVENTION AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS CONTROL - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section 4 of Chapter 44 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended by adding a third paragraph thereto, so that <br /> said Section 4 as so modified and amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> 4. AMENDMENTS TO CODE. The following numbered sections of said <br /> Code are hereby modified and amended as herein indicated: <br /> Emergency Lights: Emergency lights shall be required for all new <br /> construction of public buildings as well as pernut required renovations in public <br /> rest rooms. <br /> That Appendices (b) through (g) shall be adopted as 2003 International <br /> Fire Code, expressly excluding Appendix(a) deleted in Section 3 above. <br />
