This ordinance moves that section from Chapter <br /> 34 (Traffic) to Chapter 73 (Offenses). The language is also broadened to include the <br /> payment of any fines or fees due the City, i.e. animal and boat registrations, any <br /> citations and water bills, in addition to parking citations. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the ordinance. <br /> BACKGROUND: N/A <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Wendy L.
