� . <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2004-95 <br /> AN ORDINANCE CREATING AN <br /> INSTITUTIONAL OVERLAY DISTRICT <br /> - DECATUR MEMORIAL HEALTH FOUNDATION - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of November, 2004, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing on the petition of Decatur Memorial Health Foundation for the <br /> creation of an Institutional Overlay District pursuant to Section XX of the Zoning Ordinance of <br /> the City of Decatur, the same being Ordinance No. 3512, as amended; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend <br /> that said Institutional Overlay District be created. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That pursuant to Section XX of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur <br /> an Institutional Overlay District be, and the same is hereby, created on property located between <br /> North Main Street and North Church Street on the east; North Monroe Street on the west; Keller <br /> Lane, Hay Street, Harrison Avenue and Monroe Park on the south; and Damon Street and <br /> McKinley Avenue on the north, and legally descnbed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2. That said Institutional Overlay District must be in compliance with Section XX <br /> of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, with the following exceptions: <br /> A. Section C. I-OL Institutional Overlay District <br />
