. <br /> said vehicle or not, and it shall be unlawful far any person to solicit or procure or to aid, <br /> or to assist in soliciting, or procuring, any person to ride in any vehicle hereunder, with <br /> intent to commit any unlawful act therein during the trip or at the termination thereof, and <br /> upon conviction thereof, such driver shall have his taxicab driver's license revoked in <br /> addition to any fine imposed. The taxicab shall not be used for the personal use of the <br /> operator or driver. <br /> 29. TELEPHONES. Each taxicab operator must have a separate telephone where <br /> passengers may call. Such operator must provide twenty-four hour service and at no time <br /> shall there be less than one taxicab in operation. <br /> 30. TRIP LOGS. Each operator is required to keep a log of each trip of each <br /> taxicab which must be kept available for inspection for a period of at least sixty (60) <br /> days. <br /> 31. PENALTY. <br /> A. Any owner or driver of a motor vehicle not licensed as a taxicab in accordance <br /> with the provisions hereof, or where the license has been suspended or revoked, who <br /> operates said vehicle on the streets or public ways of the City for the purpose of carrying <br /> persons for hire or reward, or who solicits for hire passengers on the streets or public <br /> ways, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and <br /> not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense, and each day on <br /> which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered as a separate offense. <br /> B. Any persons not having been duly licensed as a taxicab driver, or any person <br /> whose license as such driver has been revoked or suspended, and who, during the time of <br /> such revocation or suspension, drives for hire a taxicab on the streets of the City shall, <br />
