",-� ,' ; �=,=Y TFf;-1T <br /> � �� J,' ��iIJ �.�J�i�Ui''iFi�� �rr�s <br /> RECQRD�� AT a'" ��_�:;C.� <br /> 1004 NOV I 9 A 10� 2 0 <br /> ORDINAI�T�E NO. 2004-93 �' V�' l Q. ���� <br /> ' -- - �RECORDER '� <br /> - AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY <br /> - 2630 FOREST CREST ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to <br /> the Council herewith, the petition under oath of Edward Beasley, requesting that there be annexed <br /> to the City territory described as: <br /> The South two (2) acres of the 3outh Half of the Southwest Quarter of the <br /> Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, and the North one (1) acre of the <br /> North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br /> Quarter, all in Section 29, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., <br /> situated in Macon County, Illinois Permanent Index Nuxnber 17-12-29-426-011; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within <br /> such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated <br /> town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br />
