Containing approximately 3.084 acres, the properiy is developed with a single <br /> family residence. Annexation is requested for connection to City utilities. The property to the north is in <br /> the County; the east half of the property to the south is zoned R-1, Single Family Residence District and <br /> the west half is in the County; property to the east is zoned R-1, Single Family Residence District; <br />' property to the west is in the County; when annexed, the area will come into the city as R-1, Single <br /> Family Residence District. The following information is relevant to the area in question: <br /> 1. The parcel contains a single family residence. <br /> 2. City water is available at Forest Crest Road. <br /> 3. Sanitary sewer is not available. <br /> 4. The average fire response time from the Decatur Fire Department is seven and seven tenths (7.7) <br /> minutes. <br /> 5. Forest Crest Road is seal ireated and maintained by the City of Decatur. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: NONE <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: The annexation plat has been reviewed and approved by <br /> Municipal Services, Water Distribution, Engineering and Infrastructure, Fire, the Macon County Health <br /> Department and the Decatur Sanitary District. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Suzan Stickle at 424-2781 or at <br /> smstickle(a�decaturnet.org. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: Additional annual revenue of approximately $648.03 would <br /> become available from the combined total real estate ($438.71) motor fuel ($108.94) and state income <br /> taxes($100.38)from the property. � <br />
