The petitioner owns the property abutting the right-of-way to the east and south. Norfolk <br /> Southern Railroad Corporation owns the property abutting the northern portion of the <br /> right-of-way to be vacated. The western portion of the right-of-way to be vacated abuts the <br /> North Church Street right-of-way. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 2. The petitioner is requesting the vacation of the triangular parcel right-of-way that extends <br /> approximately 129 feet east along the railroad right-of-way. The approximate square footage <br /> of the pazcel to be vacated is 1,295. Part of the School District's parking lot is currently on <br /> the right-of-way to be vacated. <br />
