Mr. Sotiroff stated that the Decatur Public Schools were working on a parking plan and <br /> needed to enlarge the azea,therefore requesting this petition. <br /> Mr.Nordholm questioned if the tracks/on the parcel belonged to the railroad. Mr. <br /> Sotiroff stated that the railroad spur belonged to a business that was no longer there. <br /> No objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded(Wakeland/Anderson) to forward Cal. No. 04-49 to the City <br /> Council with the recommendation for approval as submitted by petitioner. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br />
