� � , <br /> � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2004-90 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 3555-3600 NORTH WOODFORD STREET - <br /> -3592 AND 3584 NORTH CHARLES STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of November, 2004, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Waks Investments L.L.C. to rezone <br /> premises legally described as: <br /> TRACT 1 <br /> Lot five (5) of Easley's Subdivision as per plat recorded in Book 958 on Page 83 <br /> of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois <br /> TRACT 2 <br /> Lot Four (4) of Easley's Subdivision as per plat recorded in Book 958, on Page 83 <br /> of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois <br /> TRACT 3 <br /> A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 17 North, Range Two <br /> East of the Third P.M., Macon County, Illinois, and being more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> Commencing at a stone at the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said <br /> Section 35; thence westerly along the south line of the Northeast Quarter of said <br /> Section 35 for a distance of 40.01 feet to a point for a place of beginning, said <br /> point being the intersection of the south line of the Northeast Quarter of said <br /> Section 35 and the westerly right-of-way line of North Woodford Street; thence <br /> westerly along the said south line ofNortheast Quarter of Section 35 for a distance <br /> of 598.87 feet to a point, said point being on the easterly right-of-way of North <br /> Charles Street extended north; thence northerly along said easterly right-of-way <br /> line for a distance of 50.02 feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of <br /> proposed Hays Avenue; thence easterly along the southerly right-of-way line of <br /> proposed Hays Avenue, said right-of-way line being 50.00 feet north of and <br /> parallel with the south line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 35 for a <br />
