� , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2004-87 <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING HANDICAPPED PARI�NG SPACE <br /> - 1860 NORTH MORGAN STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are provided giving notice thereo� <br /> parking be, and it is hereby, prohibited in front of the residence at 1860 North Morgan Street at <br /> all times and the same is hereby restricted to only those vehicles bearing special registration plates <br /> issued for operation of vehicles by or for the physically handicapped, or those vehicles displaying <br /> a handicapped decal. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollaz ($1.00) nor more than <br /> Two Hundred Dollars($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
