ARTICLE IV. REGULATIONS, CITATIONS AND PENALTIES <br /> 1. RULES AND REGULATIONS. The code official may promulgate, publish and <br /> enforce reasonable rules and regulations to provide for procedures and practices and to otherwise <br /> implement the provisions, and to carry out the intent and purposes of this Chapter. <br /> 2. CITATIONS. <br />� A. Whenever a fire officer witnesses or has knowledge based on reasonable grounds <br /> of a violation by any person of any section of this Chapter, or of Section 12 of Chapter 48 of this <br />, Code, such person may be issued a citation for said violation by the fire officer. <br /> B. A citation issued hereunder shall be in writing and shall: <br /> 1. State the name of the person being cited and said person's address, if <br /> known; <br /> 2. Set forth the specific section of this Chapter, or Section 12 of said Chapter __ <br /> 48, that was violated, the date of the violation, and a brief description of <br /> the violation. <br /> 3. State the amount to be paid to the City due to such violation and where = <br /> and when such payment may be made; <br /> 4. State that on failure to pay the amount of the citation in the time allowed <br /> as herein provided, said person will be subject to prosecution by the City; <br /> and, <br /> 5. Be signed by the issuing fire officer. - <br /> 3. PAYMENT OF CITATION. <br /> A. A person cited by a fire officer for a �iolation of any section of this Chapter, or <br /> Section 12 of Chapter 48, as herein provided, may terminate any further proceedings by the City <br /> due to said violation by making payment to the City at the Office of the City Treasurer in the <br /> amount of the citation as shown thereon, but not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for a citation for <br />
