Albert, Sr.,Fire Chief ��'� <br /> SUBJECT: City Code Chapter 44 -Fire Prevention and Hazardous Material Control <br /> SUNIMARY RECOMMENDATION: The Decatur Fire Department recommends the <br /> adoption of City Code Chapter 44 -Fire Prevention and Hazardous Materials Control. <br /> BACKGROUND: With the adoption of the 2003 International Fire <br />� Code and 2003 International Building Code, the City of Decatur has made sorrie changes in the <br /> City Code, Chapter 44 -Fire Prevention and Hazardous Material Control. There are no <br /> significant changes and most changes are in Article, 1 Fire Prevention and Control.
