(c) Building: No permit to sell fireworks may be issued unless such fireworks will be sold from a permanent building meeting all applicable requirements of all City of Decatur �'', ' building and safety codes. No fireworks may be sold from any place other than the building and I location for which the permit is issued. (d) Display of Permit: Any permit issued hereunder for the sale of fireworks must be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises at all times. (e) Revocation: Any permit issued hereunder may be revoked or suspended by the City Manager upon two (2) days notice in writing to the person issued the permit of the opportunity to be heard, for any violation by the permittee of the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code or the regulations duly adopted thereunder, and such suspension or revocation may be in add"ition to any fine imposed. For any third or subsequent violation of Chapter 44 occurring within twelve (12) months of the date of the first violation, the person issued the permit shall be revoked, and the person issued the permit shall be ineligible to receive a permit for the sale or purchase of fireworks for a period of twelve (12) months. (� Sale of Fireworks: Persons or entities holding permits for the sale of fireworks or employees of any person or entity holding a permit for the sale of fireworks may only sell such - fireworks to persons or entities who display or show the following: 1. A valid and current permit for the display or discharge of said fireworks and, 2. Another form of identification indicating that the person or entity purchasing the fireworks is the same person or entity as that listed on said permit.
