caps containing not in excess of.25 grain (16.2 mg.) of explosive content per cap and toy pistols, <br /> toy guns or other devices for use of such caps, the sale and use of which shall be permitted at all <br /> times. <br /> (c) Building: No permit to sell fireworks may be issued unless such fireworks will be <br /> sold from a permanent building meeting all applicable requirements of all City of Decatur �'', <br />' building and safety codes. No fireworks may be sold from any place other than the building and I <br /> location for which the permit is issued. <br /> (d) Display of Permit: Any permit issued hereunder for the sale of fireworks must be <br /> posted in a conspicuous place on the premises at all times. <br /> (e) Revocation: Any permit issued hereunder may be revoked or suspended by the <br /> City Manager upon two (2) days notice in writing to the person issued the permit of the <br /> opportunity to be heard, for any violation by the permittee of the provisions of the Fire <br /> Prevention Code or the regulations duly adopted thereunder, and such suspension or revocation <br /> may be in add"ition to any fine imposed. For any third or subsequent violation of Chapter 44 <br /> occurring within twelve (12) months of the date of the first violation, the person issued the <br /> permit shall be revoked, and the person issued the permit shall be ineligible to receive a permit <br /> for the sale or purchase of fireworks for a period of twelve (12) months. <br /> (� Sale of Fireworks: Persons or entities holding permits for the sale of fireworks or <br /> employees of any person or entity holding a permit for the sale of fireworks may only sell such - <br /> fireworks to persons or entities who display or show the following: <br /> 1. A valid and current permit for the display or discharge of said fireworks and, <br /> 2. Another form of identification indicating that the person or entity purchasing the <br /> fireworks is the same person or entity as that listed on said permit. <br />
