- ' � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2004-72 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> 2901 -2999 NORTH MONROE STREET AND <br /> -635-757 WEST PERSHING ROAD- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of September, 2004, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of ORIX Capital Mazkets, to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Lots Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), and Five (5) of Spring Creek Plaza, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 1832, Page 70 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois. Lots One (1) and Six (6) of resurvey of Lots 1 and 6 of Spring <br /> Creek Plaza, as per Plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 156 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 <br /> Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial District. <br />
