{ J . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2004-66 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 3360 LOST BRIDGE ROAD- <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of August, 2004, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Kim Quinlan and Jim Cleveland to rezone <br /> premises legally described as: <br /> The west 198 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section <br /> 30, Township 16 North, Range Three (3) East of the Third P.M., except the north <br /> 838 feet and except that part taken for public highway off the south end thereof, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to PD Planned Development District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATLTR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions shown below, said described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residence District to PD Planned Development <br /> District: <br /> a. The premises shall be used only for single family or two-family residences. <br /> b. Landscaping shall be provided according to ordinance; <br /> c. Sight screening shall be provided along the east property line; <br />
