Mwu�s of a regular public meeting of the Council of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, held at the City Hall located at One Gary K. Anderson Plaza, in said City at 5:30 o'clock P.M.,on the 16th day of August,2004. The Mayor called the meeting to order and directed the City Clerk to ca11 the roll. Upon roll ca11,the following answered present at said location: Paul Osborne,the Mayor, and COuncllmen: Michael T. Carrigan, Shad L. Edwards, Patrick S. Laegeler, Mike McElroy, Betsy Stockard, Jim Williams The following Councilmen were absent: None Councilman LaE� presented, the City's Finance Director explained and the City Clerk read in full the following ordinance: AN ORnnvANCE authorizing and directing the execution of one or more Supplemental Investment Directions to the Escrow Agreement, dated as of March 15, 2004, by and between the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, and BNY Midwest Trust Company,Chicago,Illinois. Councilman z�ae�eler moved and Councilman McElroy seconded the motion that said ordinance as presented and read by the City Clerk be adopted. After a full and complete discussion thereof, including a public recital of the nature of the matter being considered and such other information as would inform the public of the business being conducted, the Mayor directed that the roll be called for a vote upon the motion to adopt the ordinance as read.
