Mwu�s of a regular public meeting of the Council of the City of <br /> Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, held at the City Hall located at <br /> One Gary K. Anderson Plaza, in said City at 5:30 o'clock P.M.,on <br /> the 16th day of August,2004. <br /> The Mayor called the meeting to order and directed the City Clerk to ca11 the roll. <br /> Upon roll ca11,the following answered present at said location: Paul Osborne,the Mayor, <br /> and COuncllmen: Michael T. Carrigan, Shad L. Edwards, <br /> Patrick S. Laegeler, Mike McElroy, <br /> Betsy Stockard, Jim Williams <br /> The following Councilmen were absent: None <br /> Councilman LaE� presented, the City's Finance Director explained and the <br /> City Clerk read in full the following ordinance: <br /> AN ORnnvANCE authorizing and directing the execution of one or <br /> more Supplemental Investment Directions to the Escrow <br /> Agreement, dated as of March 15, 2004, by and between the City <br /> of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, and BNY Midwest Trust <br /> Company,Chicago,Illinois. <br /> Councilman z�ae�eler moved and Councilman McElroy <br /> seconded the motion that said ordinance as presented and read by the City Clerk be adopted. <br /> After a full and complete discussion thereof, including a public recital of the nature of the <br /> matter being considered and such other information as would inform the public of the business <br /> being conducted, the Mayor directed that the roll be called for a vote upon the motion to adopt <br /> the ordinance as read. <br /> Upon the roll being called,the following Councilmen voted A�: <br /> McElr�gp Stockard, Williams, Carrigan, Edwards, Laegeler, Mayor Osborne <br /> NAY: None <br /> 1731420.01.05 <br /> 0000400•KK•8/16/04 <br />
