CHAPTER 28 <br /> ADDITIONS AND <br /> ARTICLE 4. INVESTIGATION AND CONCILIATION <br /> Section 4.4 The Human Relations Officer shall promptly <br /> investigate allegations of discrimination set forth in any charge, and a <br /> determination in writing shall be made by said officer whether or not there <br /> is probable cause to believe tha.t this Chapter has been violated and on <br /> what facts such violation is based. <br /> In the event that investigation of a charge presents a conflict of <br /> interest for the Human Relations Officer, said Officer shall: <br /> (a) <br /> , , <br /> , <br /> , ; <br /> e� <br /> !1,\ T�+l,o .,llo..�*;.,.,� .,�.a;�..,�;,,�.;,,�4;�„z ara�,,..L. �1..,*+l.o <br /> � <br /> shall notify the City Manager of the complaint <br /> and the conflict of interest, and the City Manager shall take such steps as <br /> necessary to ensure that the complaint is promptly investigated b��a <br /> person appointed bv the CitXMana�, and a determination in writing is <br /> made of whether or not there is probable cause to believe that this Chapter <br /> has been violated and on what facts such violation is based. <br />
