Anv resident of the Downtown Decatur Customer Parking Zone ma�.�upon pa ent <br /> of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per month to the Finance Department of the CitY of Decatur, be eli�ble <br /> to receive a sin�le, nontransferable "Downtown Resident Parking Pernut - Class B" authorizin� <br /> the vehicle described in the permit application onl�park in the Downtown Area, without <br /> additional fee, as follows: <br /> (i). Vehicles displa n�n� valid Downtown Resident Parkin� Permits - Class B ma� <br /> parked at anv otherwise unrestricted City-controlled, metered or non-metered parkin��ge. <br /> surface parking lot, or street pazking space, except those metered or posted spaces designated '20 <br /> Minute LimiY'.
