� M <br /> • , . • <br /> Macon County Board Resolution <br /> Resolution No. G-2860-12-OS <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT TO JURY PARKING AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation ("City") and the <br /> County of Macon, unit of local government ("County") entered into an Agreement ("Agreement") <br /> dated October 30, 1995 for jury parking; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Agreement was amended February 18, 2002 to reduce jury parking from <br /> 24 weeks to 20 weeks; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the payments under the Agreement were reduced from $600.00 to $500.00 <br /> per month by the amendment; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the County has increased jury service to 24 weeks effective January 1, 2006; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City and County agree that monthly payments should be restored to <br /> $600.00 per month because of the increase to 24 weeks for jury parking. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City and County agree as follows: <br /> 1. Commencing with January l, 2006, the monthly payment specified by <br /> paragraph 3 of the Agreement shall be $600.00. <br /> 2.
