R2005-185 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> - SHERIDAN CIRCLE - <br /> - FY 2005 HOME PROGRAM - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and the Neighborhood Housing Development Corporation regarding HOME Program <br /> funding for Sheridan Circle be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
