Fleet <br /> Maintenance wrote the bid specifications. All recommend approval of bid. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Phil Wilhelm, MSC Manager 87�-4820. Tom Serfass, Fleet <br /> Supervisor 875-5718. Tom Serfass will be at the council meeting to answer questions council <br /> may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $?9,728.00 from the Equipment Replacement Fund. <br />
