Perry, Purchasing Supervisor�'t� <br /> SUBJECT: Bids for 1/2 ton regular cab 4 x 4 pickup truck <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Rogers <br /> Chevrolet to furnish two (2) 1/2 ton regular cab 4 Y 4 pickup trucks. <br /> BACKGROUND: The trucks will be used by the Water Production and Lake Division. They <br /> will replace a 1996 GMC Sonoma pickup and a 1994 Ford F150 pickup currently in use. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Equipment was requested by Water Management. Fleet <br /> Maintenance wrote the bid specifications. All recommend approval of bid. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Phil Wilhelm, MSC Manager 875-4820. Tom Serfass, Fleet <br /> Supervisor 875-5718. Tom Serfass will be at the council meeting to answer questions council <br /> may have about this purchase. <br />' BtiDGET: $�7.074.00 from Equipinent Replacement Fund. <br />
