RESOLUTION NO. R2005-177 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL <br /> SERVICES CONTRACT FOR WABASH CROSSING PHASES II & III <br /> WHEREAS, Signature Development will provide professional consulting services to the <br /> City of Decatur to complete the Mixed Evidentiary Closing Submission with HUD for the Phases <br /> II & III of the Wabash Crossing Redevelopment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the cost of the services performed will not exceed $200,000.00; and <br /> WHEREAS, cost of the professional consulting services will be paid from the previously <br /> approved $10.3 million dollar investment obligation for Wabash Crossing; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section l.
