City sta,�recommends approval. <br /> 812 W. Packard-NSI#200403643. Case started 12-8-04. Willie and Deborah Tatum named as <br /> awners in the case. This house is partially boarded and abandoned. Utilities were terminated in <br /> Ju1y of 2003. Severe state of deterioration alt around. Electric meter has been removed from the <br /> house. Una.ble to resoive with a regular housing case. <br /> $71 N. Church-NSI#200502159. Case started 7-13-05. Naomi Gubbins and Richard George <br /> named as owners in the case. Utilities have besn disconnected and the house is standing open and <br /> abandoned. Severe state of deterioration a11 around. Neighbors complain of unknown persons <br /> entering at night. <br /> 1044 S. Jackson-NSI#200502238. Case started 7-21-05. Percy and Janet Meeks named as <br /> owners in the case. Utilities were disconnected in February of 2001. House is standing open and <br /> abandoned. Severe state of deterioration all around. Evidence of unknown persons sleeping <br /> inside. Meters have been removed from the house. <br /> 109i W. Sunset-NSI#200502012. Case started 6-23-05. Hickory Point Bank and Trust named as <br /> the owner in the case. Utilities were disconnected in July of 2004. House is standing open and <br /> abandoned. Severe state of deterioration all around. Subject of numerous neighborhood <br /> complaints. <br /> 788 S. Sycamore-NSI#200502286. Case started 7-26-05. Reno Acceptance Corporation named <br /> as the owner in the case. Utilities were terminated in September of 2002. Meters have been <br /> removed from the house. Standing open and abandoned. Neighbors complain of unknown persons <br /> entering at different times. Severe state of deterioration all around. <br />
