Fleet <br /> Nlaintenance wrote the bid specifications. All recommend approval of the bid. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Phil Wilhelm, MSC Manager 87�-4820, Tom Serfass, Fleet <br /> Maintenance Supervisor 87�-�718.
