R2005-159 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> -NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION- <br /> -HOME PROGRAM- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur <br /> and the Neighborhood Housing Development Corpora.tion, Antioch Safe Haven, regarding the HOME <br /> Program be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
