R2005-156 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> SOUTH 51 WATER MAIN REHABILITATION <br /> CITY PROJECT 05-14 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project OS-14, South 51 Water <br /> Main Rehabilitation Project, and presented herewith,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Entler Excavating Company, Tnc., be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
