Union. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. T. Jam Investments, Inc. is the owner of <br /> the property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition be <br /> done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Dane Braga, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, =�24-2794. Dane and/or Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $8,106.00 from the Community Development Grant Fund. <br />
