North. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. The Link.nown heirs, legatees, and <br /> devisees of Paul M. Markwell are the owners of the property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition be <br /> done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Dane Bragg, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-279�. Dane and/or Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any qtiestions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $�,900 from the Community Development Block Grant Fund. <br />
