Locust. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. Marlin Baker is the owner of the <br /> property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FRONI OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition be <br /> done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Dane Bragg, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Dane and/or Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have regarding this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $6,063.00 from the Community Development Block Grant Fund. <br />
