Jackson <br /> SUIVIMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Don Roderick, <br /> Inc. to remove asbestos if required, do necessary plLunbing and demolish the property at 1063 S. <br /> Jackson. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. The heirs, devisees and legatees of <br /> Audrey Lee Walker are the owners of the property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FRONI OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition be <br /> done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Dane Bragg, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neibhborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Dave and/or Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $6,�00.00 from the Community Development Blocic Grant Fund. <br />
