Webster. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. The unknown heirs, legatees and/or <br /> devisees of Thomas Street are the owners of the property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition be <br /> done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Dane Bragg, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727, Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator 424-2794. Dane and Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $1�9�0.00 from the Community Development Block Grant Fund. <br />
