Dennis McCarthy is the owner of the <br /> property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition be <br /> done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Dane Bragg, Assistant City Manager 424-2727, Deborah M. Perry, <br /> Purchasing Supervisor 424-2762. Dane Bragg will be at the council meeting to answer any <br /> questions the council may have regarding this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $9,300.00 from the Community Development Block Grant Fund. <br />
