R2005-116 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> BLANK,WESSELINK, COOK&ASSOCIATES <br /> GARFIELD AVENUE BRIDGE REHABILITATION, CITY PROJECT 04-27 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the engineering services for the Garfield <br /> Avenue Bridge Rehabilitation, City Project 04-27, presented to the Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc. (BWC), be, and the same is <br /> hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Blank, Wesselink, <br /> Cook, & Associates, Inc.
