, , • , <br /> (iii) Acquisition Authorization. The Authority shall authorize <br /> disbursement of Grant proceeds to the Sponsor for expenditures made in connection <br /> with the acquisition of a Residence only upon the Sponsor's delivery to the <br /> Authority of the following completed documents: <br /> A. The Authority's HOME Program Payment Request Form for ', <br /> Purchase Assistance and a Request for Payment and Certification (together, �i <br /> "Purchase Request Forms"), each in the form set forth in the Program ' <br /> Manual, each executed by the Sponsor; <br /> B. A copy of the Project set-up form, in the form set forth in the <br /> Program Manual; <br /> C. A copy of the executed sales contract for the Residence; <br /> D. A Commitment letter from a local financial institution to <br /> provide first mortgage loans to the Homebuyers; <br /> E. A copy of the executed Good Faith estimate of closing costs <br /> and expenses; <br /> F. All other documents and showings reasonably requested by <br /> the Authority or its counsel. <br /> Within ten (10) business days from receipt of the faregoing documents, the <br /> Authority shall approve or reject the request for disbursement. If approved, the <br /> Authority shall notify the Sponsor and disburse the appropriate amount of funds to <br /> the Sponsor within thirty (30) business days from the date of its approval. If the <br /> request is rejected,the Authority shall give its reasons for such rejection in writing. <br /> In addition, the Sponsor shall provide the following documents to the <br /> Authority promptly after closing: <br /> A. An executed copy of the HUD 1 (Settlement Statement) <br /> Form ("RESPA Form") used at the closing, certifying the disbursement of <br /> funds in the amount requested on the Authority's Purchase Request Forms; <br /> B. All other documents and showings reasonably requested by <br /> the Authority or its counsel. <br /> (iv) Records. The Sponsor shall obtain for its files the original of the <br /> Homebuyer Program Agreement, a file-stamped copy of the Recapture Agreement, <br /> the original Note (as defined in the Homebuyer Program Agreement), originals of <br /> the other Loan Documents (as defined in the Homebuyer Program Agreement), and <br /> copies of the RESPA Form, the closing statement and the warranty deed. The <br /> Sponsor shall recard or cause to be recorded the Recapture Agreement, upon <br /> closing. <br /> 8 <br />
