. . . , <br /> (d) Runwav-Clear Zone. No portion of the Grant proceeds may be used for <br /> acquisition of a Project located in a Runway Clear Zone unless the Sponsor has first <br /> advised the Homebuyer that (i) the Project is in a runway clear zone, (ii) what the <br /> implications of such a location are, and (iii) that there is a possibility that the Project may, <br /> at a later date, be acquired by the airport operator. The Homebuyer must sign a statement <br /> acknowledging receipt of the foregoing information and that the Homebuyer understands <br /> the implications thereof as provided in the implementing regulations set forth in Section <br /> 92.352 of the Regulations. <br /> (e) Uniform Administrative Requirements. The Sponsor shall comply with <br /> applicable uniform administrative requirements pursuant to Section 92.505 of the <br /> Regulations. <br /> (fl Pavments to the State. Sponsor represents and warrants to the Authority <br /> that it is not delinquent in the payment of any debt to the State (or if delinquent it has <br /> entered into a deferred payment plan with the 5tate to pay the debt). Sponsor <br /> acknowledges the Authority may declare an Event of Default hereunder if (i) the <br /> representation and warranty contained in this Section 9(h) was false when made by <br /> Sponsor or (ii) if Sponsor becomes delinquent in payment to the State at any time during <br /> the term of this Agreement and has not entered into a deferred payment plan to pay such <br /> debt to the State. <br /> 10. PARTICIPANT SELECTION PLAN.NON-DISCRIMINATION. <br /> (a) Particiqant Selection Plan. In the selection of Homebuyers far <br /> artici ation in the Pro ram the S onsor a ees to abide b its Partici ant Selection Plan <br /> P P g � P �' Y P � <br /> as approved by the Authority. <br /> (b) Non-Discrimination. <br /> (i) The Sponsor shall not, in the selection of Homebuyers for <br /> participation in the Program, in the provision of services in connection therewith, or <br /> in any other manner discriminate against any person on the grounds of race, color, <br /> creed, religion, sex, age, handicap, national origin, familial or marital status, <br /> ancestry, or unfavorable military discharge. <br /> (ii) The Sponsor shall comply with all of the provisions of <br /> Paragraph 282 of the HOME Act, and all provisions of Federal, State and local laws <br /> relating to non-discrimination as applicable, including, but not limited to, (1)the <br /> Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3601-20) and the implementing regulations; <br /> (2)Executive Order 11063, as amended by Executive Order 12259 and the <br /> implementing regulations; (3) Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the <br /> implementing regulations; (4)the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 (42 U.S.C. <br /> 6101-07) and the implementing regulations; (5) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation <br /> Act of 1973 and the implementing regulations; (6)the requirements of Executive <br /> Order 11246 and the implementing regulations; and (7)the Illinois Human Rights <br /> 10 <br />
