d. The Sponsor agrees to notify the Authority's Ethics Officer if the Sponsor solicits or <br /> intends to solicit for employment any of the Authority's employees during the term of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> e. The Sponsor agrees to comply with the provisions of the Illinois Purchasing Act <br /> prohibiting conflict of interest (30 ILCS 505/11.1-11.5) and all the terms, conditions and <br /> provisions of those sections apply to this Letter the same as though they were incorporated and <br /> included herein. <br /> f. This Letter may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which shall be <br /> taken to be one and the same instrument, for the same effect as if all parties hereto had signed the <br /> same signature page. Receipt of an executed signature page to this Letter by facsimile or other <br /> electronic transmission shall constitute effective delivery thereof.
