RESOLUTION NO. R2005-111 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENTS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2005/2006 <br /> -COMMU1vITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Subrecipient Agreements for the Fiscal year 2005/2006 Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the Coalition of <br /> Neighborhood Organization (C.O.N.O.) for administration of Neighborhood Activities and the <br /> Crime Prevention Through Environmenta.l Design Program be, and they are hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
