If action to correct such substandard <br /> P S�' <br /> performance is not taken by the Subrecipient within a reasonable period of time as <br /> specified by the City and in accordance to the CDBG monitoring Plan, then, after <br /> being notified by the City, contract suspension or termination procedures will be <br /> imtiated. <br /> II.
