15.3 Binding Upon Successors in Interest. <br /> This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of all the parties hereto <br /> and their respective heirs, successors, administrators, assigns or other successors in <br /> interest. <br /> 15.4 Titles of Paragraphs. <br /> Titles of the several parts, paragraphs, sections or articles of this Agreement are inserted <br /> for convenience of reference only, and shall be disregarded in construing or interpreting <br /> any provision hereof. <br /> 15.5 Notices. <br /> All notices, requests, consents, approvals, demands or other instruments required or <br /> permitted by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be executed by the party or an <br /> officer, agent or attorney of the party, and shall be deemed to have been effective as the <br /> date of actual service, if personally served, or as of the third (3`d) day from and including <br /> the date of posting, if mailed by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, with <br /> postage prepaid, addressed to: <br /> the City: with copies to: <br /> City Clerk Assistant City Manager <br /> One Gary K. Anderson Plaza for Development Services <br /> Decatur, IL 62523 One Gary K. Anderson Plaza <br /> Decatur, IL 62523 <br /> and to: <br /> Corporation Counsel <br /> One Gary K. Anderson Plaza <br /> Decatur, IL 62523 <br /> the Redeveloper: <br /> PB Pattel <br /> PACE HOSPITALITY LLC <br /> 310 Eastgate Dr <br /> Danville, IL 61834 <br /> or to the last known address of either party or to the address provided by any assignee if <br /> such address has been given in writing. In the event said notice is mailed, the date of <br /> service of such notice shall be deemed to be two (2) business days after the date of <br /> delivery of said notice to the United States Post Office. <br /> 15.7 Severability. <br /> If any section, subsection, term or provision of this Agreement or the application thereof <br /> to any party or circumstance shall, to any extent, be held to be invalid or unenforceable, <br /> the remainder of such section, subsection, term or provision of this Agreement or the <br /> application of same to parties or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid <br /> or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby. <br /> City of Decatur/PACE HOSPITALITY LLC 19 <br />
