ORDINANCE NO.2015- 6 7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, <br /> amending an ordinance of said City authorizing the issuance of <br /> its General Obligation Bonds, Series 2010, to amend the <br /> definition of the"2010B Project" contained therein. <br /> * * * <br /> WHEREAS, the Council (the "Council") of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois <br /> (the "City"), on the 15th day of November, 2010, adopted an ordinance entitled: <br /> Atv O�nvANCE providing far the issuance of four series of <br /> General Obligation Bonds of the City of Decatur, Macon County, <br /> Illinois, and providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual <br /> tax for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds. <br /> (the "Original Ordinance"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City, by the Council, pursuant to the Original Ordinance provided for the <br /> issuance and sale of the Taxable General Obligation Bonds, Series 2010B (the "2010B Bonds"), <br /> and the General Obligation Bonds, Series 2010C, of the City(the "2010C Bonds"); and <br /> WxE�As, Section 14 of the Original Ordinance permits the Council, as it becomes <br /> necessary from time to time,to revise the list of expenditures set forth in the Original Ordinance, <br /> to change priorities, to revise cost allocations between expenditures and to substitute projects, in <br /> order to meet current needs of the City; subject, however, to the tax covenants set forth in the <br /> Original Ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has determined and does hereby determine that it is necessary and <br /> in the best interests of the City that the definition of the "2010B Project" to be financed with the <br /> proceeds of the 2010B Bonds, as deflned in the Original Ordinance as "improvements in the <br /> City, including City water capacity and quality improvements (Lake Decatur dredging, <br /> additional ground water supply and lake Decatur Dam repairs) and Downtown Decatur capital <br /> improvements (streetscape improvements throughout Downtown Decatur, improvements to <br />
