Eldorado. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a city owned property. The building is partially collapsed and in <br /> dangerous condition, especially since it sits in close proximity to a public sidewalk and roadway. <br /> The low bidder has provided the city with the necessary bonding required for the project. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Nei�hborhood Inspections requested the demolition be <br /> done. � <br /> STAFF II <br /> REFERENCE: Dane Bragg, Assistant City Manager 424-2727, Dave Griffiths, I <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator �2=�-2794.
