Bean <br /> County Clerk <br /> Macon County <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF DECATUR FOR THE <br /> FISCAL PERIOD BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2016 AND ENDING <br /> DECEMBER 31, 2016 <br /> WHEREAS: The budget for the fiscal period beginning January 1, 2016 and ending December <br /> 31, 2016 has been proposed by the City Manager and reviewed by the City Council; and, <br /> WHEREAS: The proposed budget was available for public inspection and a public hearing was <br /> held. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECTAUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
