R2005-78 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION <br /> REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 102 North Edward 525 West Packard <br /> 710 West Marietta 1442 East Hickory <br /> 1064 North Edward 930 South Jackson <br /> 1467 East Hickory 873 West Eldorado <br /> 1039 North Church 2162 East Decatur <br /> 951 West Green 931 West View <br /> 1809 North 32°d 775 East Lincoln <br /> 932 East William 825 East Prairie <br /> 1170 North Edward 4653 East Rosewood <br /> 1446 North Church 621 West Packard <br /> 649 East Clay <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find <br /> that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set out above, are <br /> dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that <br /> said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
