City staff recommends approval. <br /> 102 N. Edward-NSI#20031Q13. Case starte�i 3-11-03. David and Michel Mueller named as <br /> owners in the case. Unable to resolve with a regular housing case. Severe state of deterioration all <br /> around. Several changes in ownership have hindered resolution. Now standing open and <br /> abandoned and in severe state of deterioration. Raw sewage standing in basement, front porch <br /> collapsing, structural deterioration, etc. Subject of numerous compla.ints from neighbors. <br /> 710 W. Marietta-I�TSI#200501270. Case started 4-8-05. Mooring T�Asset Group, LLC named <br /> as the owner in the case. Utilities terminated. Standing open and abandoned with windows broken <br /> out and in a severe state of deterioration. Neighbors complain of unknown persons, including <br /> children, entering the house day and night. <br /> 1064 N. Edward-NSI#200401264. Case started 4-14-04. 7ohn and Marjorie Rewerts named as <br /> owners in the case. Owners moved from the property after a fire and relocated to Florida, <br /> basically abandoning the house over a year ago. Now standing open and abandoned. Severe state <br /> of deterioration inside and out. Interior has been vandalized and stripped. Owner states old age <br /> and bad health are reasons he cannot do anytl�ing with the house. <br /> 1467 E. Hickory-NSI#200301181. Case starte�3-20-03. Richard and Kelly VV�ilkins name�as <br /> owners in the case. Unable to resolve with a regular housing case. Utilities terminated. House <br /> standing open and abandoned and in a severe state of deterioration. <br /> 1039 N. Church-NSI#200501310. Case started 413-05. Donald Wayne Buchanan, Sr. named as <br /> owner in the case, though he now denies ownership due to deal with Gary Knox. House is <br /> standing open and abandoned with windows broken out and lar�e shards hanging in openings. No <br /> utilities and in a severe state of deterioration with porch collapsing. Neighbors complain of drug <br /> and gang activity at this location, both day and night. <br />
