Utilize historical population data and projections of future population growth in the <br /> Water•System Master Plan, May 2002 (Report). <br /> 2. Review and update water demand and sales data. The following data for the years <br /> 2001-2004 or the data needed to determine the following items will be provided by <br /> the OWNER: <br /> a. Sales to pumpage ratio <br /> b. Maximum to average day ratios <br /> c. Per capita residential sales <br /> d. Per capita commercial sales <br /> e. Industrial sales <br /> £ Average day demand <br /> g. Maximum day demand <br /> h. Maximum day plus fire demand <br /> i. Maximum hour demand and hourly demand data during the maximum day <br /> 3. Use previous and updated data to estimate projected water demands through 2010 <br /> and compare to those presented in the earlier Report. Notify OWNER if significant <br /> variance from earlier projections is observed. <br /> 4. Review and discuss OWNER-provided water use data from the major water users <br /> and discuss changes that may impact water use. <br />
