R2005-67 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> STREET RESTORATION <br /> CITY PROJECT OS-08 <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project OS-08, Street Restoration, <br /> Section No. OS-00508-00-FP, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Dunn Company, A Division of Tyrolt, Inc., be accepted and a <br /> contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
