I, <br /> BACKGROUND: I� <br /> In 1996, the City extended a water main into the Wilcox Wayside Farms Subdivision on I <br /> North Elizabeth Street. As is typical with these extensions, residents periodically request � <br /> permission to tap into these water lines to service properties which are located outside the � <br /> City limits. To service properties not currently within the City limits, a Water Service <br /> Agreement must be entered into between the City and the property owner(s).
