RESOLUTION NO. R2005-49 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> NEAR NORTH REDEVELOPIC�IENT PROJECT AREA <br /> -HOPE VI/PHASE II AND PHASE III- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposed agreement among the CITY OF DECATUR, the <br /> DECATUR HOUSING AUTHORITY and EAST LAKE MANAGEMENT & <br /> DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION for the development and revitalization of the Phase II and <br /> Phase III area of the Near North Redevelopment Project Area, Wabash Crossing, said <br /> development and revitalization to utilize, in part, HOPE VI funding through the U. S. Department <br /> of Housing and Urban Development, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A, <br /> be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
