The hinges to have <br /> grease fittings. <br /> The grease fittings allow for prolonged use of the hinges by inhibiting rust. <br /> - The truck shall have (2) two emergency lights Non-Tomar <br /> mounted on each side of the cab protector of the bed. <br /> The lights shall be Tomar 802-1228. <br /> The city fleet has standardized with Tomar, deviating from this would require stocking additional <br /> items. <br /> - Electronic back up alarm, self-adjusting by Back Non Back-Alert <br /> Alert. <br /> Again the city fleet has standardized, so additional parts would need to be stocked. <br /> The second low bid of Bob Ridings, Inc. meets City of Decatur specifications. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Fleet Maintenance wrote the bid specifications and they <br /> recommend approval of bid. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Phil Wilhelm, MSC Manager 875-4820, Tom Serfass, Fleet Supervisor <br /> 875-5718.
